Understand Your Starting Point. Build the Right Plan.

The Athlete Questionnaire

Before starting any training, it’s important to gather a full picture of who you are as an athlete — not just your current fitness level, but your training history, daily routine, and racing goals.

What’s Included in the Questionnaire?

  • Personal details: age, gender, height, weight, relevant medical background
  • Athletic history: training experience, past races, typical weekly volume
  • Lifestyle factors: work hours, recovery habits, sleep quality
  • Goals: race type and distance, target date, performance expectations
  • Equipment: training tools you use (GPS watch, HR monitor, power meter, bike)

Why It Matters:

The answers you provide allow our system to analyze your starting point and assign the most suitable training plan for your goals. The more accurate and complete your input is, the better the match you’ll get.

Testing: Know Your Level

After completing the questionnaire, you’ll be guided to perform two simple yet effective fitness tests — one for running, one for cycling. These tests are designed to define your current performance level and help calibrate your training intensity zones.

Cycling Test: FTP (Functional Threshold Power)

A short protocol performed on your bike (indoors or outdoors) to determine your power threshold. This helps define your training zones and tailor your bike workouts to your real fitness.

Running Test: 5K Time Trial

A self-paced 5K run to measure your current speed and endurance. The result sets your running pace zones and tracks your progress throughout the program.

Why Testing Helps?

These two tests are the foundation for a training plan that actually fits you — not too easy, not too hard. By identifying your zones early, every workout becomes more efficient and effective from day one.
