No! While we specialize in Ironman and half-Ironman coaching, we also work with athletes training for shorter triathlons, marathons, and other endurance events. Whether you’re a beginner or an elite competitor, our programs are tailored to your needs.
Can you help me choose the right Ironman competition?
Yes! We help athletes pick the right race based on experience, goals, course difficulty, climate, and personal preferences. Choosing the right event can make a huge difference in performance and enjoyment.
How will we communicate?
Communication depends on the coaching package you choose. We offer direct messaging, email support, and scheduled calls to ensure you get the guidance and feedback you need.
Is this a 1-on-1 coaching service
No — our programs are delivered as training plans personalized through test results and goals. All content is pre-built, and any adjustments are made through our system. There is no real-time or live coaching included.
How many workouts will I have each week?
The number of workouts varies based on your goals, fitness level, and available training time. Most plans include 5-12 sessions per week, covering swim, bike, run, and strength training, with recovery days integrated.
What do I need before starting? (Prerequisites)
You don’t need to be an elite athlete to start! However, basic endurance fitness, access to a bike, the ability to swim (or willingness to learn), and a heart rate monitor or GPS watch are recommended. If you’re a complete beginner, we’ll guide you step by step.
Is this coaching suitable for everyone?
Yes! Our coaching is designed for all levels, from beginners completing their first race to experienced athletes aiming for personal bests. Training is customized to fit your fitness level, schedule, and progress.
What happens if I need to adjust my plan?
